Common
questions.
How long does the SSW visa take?
Typically 4 – 8 months from JFT-Basic pass to embassy approval, depending on sector demand and document readiness.
Do I need to know Japanese first?
Yes — at minimum JFT-Basic or JLPT N4. We train you from zero hiragana through exam pass at our Kandy campus.
Can I bring my family?
Not on SSW (i). The SSW (ii) tier — available after experience in eligible sectors — permits family reunification.
What if I fail an exam?
We re-train and re-register at no extra coordination fee. We measure ourselves on outcomes, not enrolments.
